Archive record

The Veiled Hand serves the Outer Tribunal in matters beyond the reach of ordinary law.

Through the Veiled Inquest, the Outer Assize, and the Final Decretum, it investigates extraordinary crimes, establishes jurisdiction, renders judgment, and preserves lawful review.

Its covert warrior class, the Hand’s Sanction, carries authorized consequence into hostile territories through precision operations, protected extraction, evidence recovery, and enforcement.

The Hand may carry judgment. It must never invent it.

Its greatest strength is reaching those protected by power, distance, or corrupted law. Its greatest danger is allowing secrecy to become authority without accountability.

The Tribunal establishes jurisdiction. The Veil protects the process. The Hand delivers consequence. And beneath them all, the Adjudicature decides whether hidden justice remains justice.
